Physical activity gets your blood pumping faster and clears the mind. A nice long run is one of my favorite methods of becoming unplugged.
Martial arts is another.
Each can require focus and concentration depending on the moment. But, I feel the most “unplugged” when the combination of physical challenge and movement create a state of “moving meditation” during a run or while practicing the forms of the martial arts.
